Getting back on track.
I haven’t been on in a long time, and reason being, school, work, and illness.
I had actually planned to begin going to the gym TODAY, however, yesterday (on my boyfriends bday conveniently) I got a thing called costrochondritis, which is basically inflammation of the cartilage in the chest by your ribs.
For those of you who have never had this, I’ll tell you it is so so so painful. I can’t breathe unless i’m on ibuprofen and vicodin.
Lack of gym besides that, would simply include major migraines and lots of studying for my finals, and working. But considering I work as a server, I get some sort of physical activity, so thats good.
BUT I do plan on getting back on my wagon, as soon as my chest heals.
So let me ask all my followers, have you ever had a sickness that has prevented you from eating right, working out? or both? If so, tell me!
